Mandy is a Director of Genesis Capital (Pty) Ltd.

Mandy started her career within the Old Mutual group of companies and before joining Genesis Capital in 1999 was a Private Banker with Nedbank Private Bank. Mandy has over 20 years of financial services industry experience, is an active member of the Compliance Institute of South Africa and prior to her current appointment, was the Compliance Officer for the Genesis Capital Group and its various subsidiaries. Mandy was appointed as Operations Director for the Genesis Capital Group in 2008 and in 2012 was appointed as Managing Director for the Wealth Management and Financial Planning businesses. In 2018 she moved back to head office to focus at a holding company level.

Mandy holds a degree in psychology (UNISA), successfully completed the ICMQ (International Capital Markets Qualification), (SAIFM) Registered persons exam, JSE Equity Compliance Officer Exam, C Prac (Compliance Institute of South Africa), Private Banking Diploma (RAU) as well as RE 1, 3 and 5 (FSCA Regulatory Examinations).
